Welcome Parker Michael Hill

Welcome, Parker Michael Hill, born June 4th and weighing in at 10 lbs. 6oz. and stretching 22 in. He made his appearance rather swiftly, with Kari having to push only twice, which personally boggles my mind considering his size. Way to go Kari!

Proud parents are Adam and Kari Hill, along with big brother Brady, just 14 months himself (see the photo above, curly haired boy behind my right arm). Adam and Kari will definitely have their hands full for a while! I got a small taste of this at the hospital. While I was holding Parker, Brady discovered Aunt Cindy's purse and proceeded to try and dump everything on the ground. With newborn in tow I had to try and stop him and then pick it all up... quite the ordeal! Good luck guys, let me know if you need anything!

Meeting Baby Georgia

Welcome baby Georgia Grace, born April 5th, 2009!
(About 8 weeks old in these photos)
Jen was scheduled to deliver via C-Section on Monday morning, but GiGi had her own plans, and came early Sunday morning instead.

I've gotta put up a couple pictures of my buddy, big brother Noah...

Noah and I found a caterpillar out in the yard, it entertained us for a good half hour!

I just love this picture of Jen and Georgia. Mommy and daughter, too stinkin' sweet.

I know it looks like I'm kind of strangling her in this picture... just pretend like it doesn't.

Elise and Scott's Wedding

On June 13th, our good friends Elise and Scott tied the knot! I was happy to have a SMALL role in helping Elise plan her big day. My favorite part was attending one of her dress fittings (which was something I'd never done before, and during which I got unexpectedly teary-eyed!!)

The day turned out to be magnificent, despite any worries--- including a weather forecast calling for rain, rain, rain! The sky cleared up and was blue as could be. It was awesome! Denis and I were honored to be in attendance. :)

The photo above (and below) is my fave picture of the newly wedded couple
(in case you're wondering why I've begun with a photo from the END of the ceremony)!

The gorgeous bride, walking down the aisle... a pretty good shot, considering I was frustratingly trying to operate my sister's crappy camera [which may sound ungrateful, but thanks for letting me borrow it Annie :)! ]

Talk about BEAUTIFUL centerpieces! Roses, snapdragons and hydrangeas... soooo purty!

Marriage mug... we all sipped from it in honor of the newlyweds. An awesome idea brewed up in the mind of Shrier... pun intended!

Toss that bouquet girl!

The first dance of Mr. and Mrs. Scott and Elise Brunner. So cool!

This picture is awesome.
(please excuse the ugly, inaccurate date stamp)

Loooove the happy, dancin' peeps pictures

Mr. and Mrs. Koegel!

Denis likes this one... something sure must've been funny! :)

The men of SLHS, 1997, class reunion... plus Psycho Steve, class of '99!

The ladies of the SLHS men, aside from Andrea and Caroline, GHHS men's wives!

The bride 'n me.
My girl Elise... love her tons!
Seems like yesterday I found out she was engaged (which was last fall, at Andrea and Steve's wedding).

After the reception, we hopped on the taxi bus and moved the party to Jack's Lounge. Elise switched into a super cute second dress and it was time to really let loose! Too fun! This picture is of me, Leevon (Elise's best bud/hair stylist), Leevon's date/roomie Heather and Elise... like I said, FUN!

Elise, Donna (mother of the bride!) and Leevon... haaaaaaaaaving fun!

I think this picture may have been where Elise declared, "No more pictures!" I still took a couple more though, sorry! :)

I think this picture is a GREAT way to end this post. The parents of the bride, along with the bride herself, checking out the groom's new band. Best wishes Scott and Elise, we could not BE happier for you two! :)

Welcome to the family Izzy! You sweet little French Bulldog, you!

Izzy- 9 weeks old and SUPER cutie pie puppy!

Dylan loves Izzy a ton!

Auntie Ellie loves Izzy too!

What!? I'm little!!!

Annie's kids, Izzy and Sadie :)

Fun up at Dad's

Dad and Ellie at Herb and Ardith's (for Karen and Shelby's graduation open house).

I like this photo of me and Dad... 'Is Jessie gonna take this picture or what!?'

With my step sis, Jessie

A couple photos of Lucky, the cute little kitten that survived "get rid of the baby kittens with a pail filled with water".

And yes, my Dad and step-mom are farm folk and a bit crazy.

This little black and brown kitten was so cool looking. If I liked cats (and wasn't allergic to them) I probably would've brought this one home... to what would have been Denis' dismay I'm sure.

Jessie and her boyfriend, Quinn. Thanks for smiling guys!

Janet and her horse, Betsie, named after the Betsie River in Thompsonville, MI.

These little piglets were saved by Dad and Janet from being uselessly slaughtered as a result of various imperfections. Unfortunately, they will eventually become our dinner... but they're so darn cute right now!
